FAQs About Stamps
1. What kinds of stamps do you have for sale?
CraftOnline has a wide range of stamps, such as clear and acrylic stamps, photopolymer stamps, cling stamps, and rubber stamps.
2. How do I pick the best stamp for my job?
Think about the surface (paper, fabric, wood, etc.), the type of ink you want to use, how much detail you want, and whether you need a clear stamp for exact placement.
3. What kind of ink should I use with these stamps?
It depends on what you're working on. Each type of ink, such as dye inks, pigment inks, chalk inks, and solvent inks, has its strengths. Dye inks are often used for smooth cardstock and layered stamping.
4. What do I do with a transparent or photopolymer stamp?
-
Take it off the backing sheet
-
Put it on a transparent acrylic block or stamping platform
-
Ink it and press it lightly onto paper (or the surface of the project)
-
Lift it straight up to get a clean picture
5. What is the best way to clean and take care of stamps?
Use water, a mild stamp-cleaning solution, or a damp (lint-free) cloth / shammy. Stay away from strong solvents. Before putting stamps away, make sure they are thoroughly dry.
6. Do you send stamps to other countries (outside of Australia)?
No, CraftOnline only ships to Australia and New Zealand right now.
7. How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
In Australia, delivery is free on orders over AU$99; otherwise, it's AU$9.99. Delivery times: 3 to 7 days for capitals and 5 to 10 days for outlying areas.
8. What do you do if a stamp is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock but available, your order may be delayed. If a supplier can't replenish, they give you your money back.
9. Can I amend or cancel my order after I've placed it?
Once an item is finalised or shipped, it is usually not possible to make modifications or cancel it because there are so many orders.
10. Do you have a store or showroom in real life?
CraftOnline is mostly an online store; it doesn't have a physical store. But you may pick up your purchase in their office/warehouse, which has a small showroom, by appointment or during pickup hours.
